What To Include When You Contact Us
The more we know up front, the faster we can give you a straight answer. When you call or send the form, it helps to tell us:
- Which town the property is in
- What the tree is doing: leaning, split, dead, or already down
- Whether it's near your house, a fence, or power lines
- Whether it's an emergency, like a tree on your roof or blocking your driveway

When We Answer
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. Storm calls are answered 24/7, so if a tree is down on your house, your car, or your driveway, you don't have to wait for morning.
